Davis’ qualifications exceed the Professional Qualification Standards for Architectural History and Historic Preservation as outlined in 36CFR61 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended. Her comprehensive expertise includes National Register nominations for individual properties and large historic districts, Section 106 and 4(f) compliance, and Certified Local Government programs, as well as the Secretary of the Interior’s Guidelines and rehabilitation tax credits. Her experience includes documentation and eligibility assessments for more than 22,000 resources reflecting a wide variety of eras, geographic regions, resource types, and contextual associations.
